To enrich our team, we are currently seeking an Assistant in Purchasing and Sales (m/f/d) in Wallersdorf.


Responsibilities:


  • Acquiring and developing longterm relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Managing existing customers
  • Analyzing the market and competition to optimize current sales and marketing strategies
  • Overseeing sales activities and preparing offers
  • Handling customer inquiries
  • Managing orders and negotiating prices
  • Monitoring order confirmations and delivery dates and conditions
  • Maintaining product data and creating calculations
  • Updating purchasing and sales data in the ERP system

Qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training
  • Practical experience in the relevant field
  • Confident demeanor and enjoyment of working with people
  • Independent, structured, and resultsoriented work style
  • High selfmotivation and reliability
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of fruits and vegetables is desirable
