Grady Management, Inc, one of the metro area's leading property management firms is seeking a Community Manager for the Cider Mill Apartments, a 850+ unit apartment community, located in Montgomery Village, MD.

This position is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations including:

Resident relations
Rent loss control
Rent collections
Coordinating service requests
Supervising staff
Certified Occupancy Specialist
Multifamily property management experience a plus
Experience with enterprise systems such as RealPage
Ability to communicate effectively with both management and ownership
Experience with managing teams including employee relations, scheduling and staffing
Strong organization skills, including ability to multitask and prioritize.
Exceptional customer service skills
Have an eye for detail and high curb appeal standards.
Implementing and administering policies, procedures, and programs that will assure the property is well managed.
Proficient computer skills required including MS Office and accounting knowledge.
Working knowledge of Fair Housing rules and regulations.
