Position:
Support for Project Management in the planning and control of the program Further development of existing project management standards, quality and project governance Collaboration with and management of external partners Management and close coordination with (partial) project managers Implementation of a regular and strict reporting cycle as well as regular reporting to all relevant stakeholders and teams Leadership of a comprehensive maturity management of all deliverables Presentation and maintenance of project plans and proactive monitoring of budgets On- and offboarding of project resources Preparation, execution and documentation of results, workshops and meetings
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, computer science or business informatics or a comparable field
- Indepth knowledge and several years of experience in project management (PMI or IPMA)
- Experience as part of a PMO organization, preferably in an SAP transformation project
- Understanding of digitalization trends and their integration into SAP systems
- Knowledge of working with Azure DevOps and ideally experience with SAP Solution Manager
- Excellent communication, cooperation, moderation and presentation skills in German and English.
