Assistant Office Management (m/w/d) in Topaz Lake, NV


As an Assistant for Office Management, you will be part of an exciting and dynamic work environment with diverse and challenging tasks.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes in our company and supporting us in daily business tasks.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Organizing sustainable routines for smooth office operations
  • Organizing and coordinating office processes
  • General administrative and office tasks
  • Contacting suppliers of products, software providers, and services to ensure office supplies, equipment maintenance, and efficient workflow
  • Acting as a central point of contact for external partners and our team
  • Managing payments to suppliers and service providers
  • Optimizing existing office workflows
  • Collaborating with all departments and ensuring smooth communication between them
  • Planning and coordinating logistics for internal meetings, events, and staff travel
  • Managing employee, customer, and supplier databases

Who we are looking for:


  • You have completed a vocational training (office clerk) or a degree
  • You have knowledge of commercial processes
  • You have strong research and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness are required
  • Flexibility, teamwork, and resilience are among your qualities
  • You have organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail
  • Negotiation and problemsolving skills are part of your skillset
  • You have solid MS Office skills and are proficient in written and spoken German and English
