Medical Service (MD) Hessen is the cross-sectoral, independent and impartial social medical expert institution for the concerns of the solidarity community of statutory health insurance and social long-term care insurance.

The MD performs important tasks in determining the need for care and in quality assurance in the healthcare sector.

In our four business areas - hospitals, incapacity/rehabilitation, outpatient care, and long-term care - we process over 500,000 orders from health and long-term care insurance annually.

Assistant Employee (m/f/d):

Your new team and area of responsibility:
You can expect a team that values thorough training and constructive collaboration.

As an Assistant Employee (m/f/d), you will primarily receive orders from long-term care insurance digitally, update information in our database, and monitor the legal assessment deadlines.

You will schedule and plan home visit tours and answer phone inquiries in a friendly manner.

Who fits in with us:

You have successfully completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d), a commercial apprenticeship, or a comparable qualification and have good PC skills.

You work in a structured, independent, and responsible manner, even when faced with a high workload, and have good telephone communication skills.

You enjoy teamwork and a collegial working atmosphere.
