Are you not afraid of customer contact, can communicate well, and enjoy interacting with people? Then you've come to the right place We are looking for several Call Center Agents (m/f/d) for our client in Sarstedt, for both inbound and outbound calls.

The position is available in full-time or part-time and follows a shift system from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

This is a long-term assignment with the possibility of being hired directly by our client.

As a Call Center Agent, you will receive comprehensive training and have access to various further education and qualification measures.

You will also have flexible working hours, receive holiday and Christmas bonuses, and have the chance for a permanent position.


Your tasks as a Call Center Agent (m/f/d) will include handling incoming calls from customers of your assigned project (e.g.

an insurance company), providing telephone customer service, creating quotes and contracts, and maintaining master data and general administrative tasks.


To be successful in this role, you should have a good command of PC and MS Office applications, enjoy interacting with customers, be motivated and have good communication skills, and have a good command of the German language in both written and spoken form.
