Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

  • As a fashion expert, you understand the needs of customers and provide excellent and personalized service to ensure the sale of products to both men and women.
  • You handle all transactions, such as exchanges and refunds, with a calm and competent manner and are proficient in using the cash register system.
  • You ensure an attractive and salespromoting presentation of products, following visual merchandising guidelines.
  • You maintain customer relationships and cultivate regular customers for our store.

Profile:

Your qualifications:

  • You have a strong passion for fashion, specifically in the readytowear segment.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in retail or a similar environment with high service standards (e.g. hospitality, airline).
  • You have a wellgroomed appearance and possess proper etiquette.
  • You are fluent in German and have good English skills additional language skills are a plus.
