As part of their team expansion, we are looking for a graduate (m/f/d) in Strategic HR Consulting.


Responsibilities

  • You will support the development of innovative solutions to sustainably increase the success of our clients.
  • In the context of transformation projects, you will develop HR strategies and support HR executives in their implementation. This includes strategic personnel and organizational development, the design of agile organizational structures, and digitalization projects.
  • You will work in project teams to support clients in the implementation of strategic organizational and transformation projects, such as IPOs or M&As.
  • You will define strategic initiatives alongside experts, taking into account company goals and sustainability aspects.
  • You will design processes and tools in talent management, including career development, training, compensation, and all aspects of HR.
  • You will analyze and structure current trends and market practices for consulting based on company data, surveys, scientific evaluations, and project insights.
