Boone, IA based 'WEG-Treuhand' is a medium-sized, owner-managed property management company for residential properties in Hamburg. Our office is located in the center of Hamburg with excellent access to U- and S-Bahn.

As a modern company with a flat hierarchy, we are open to new ideas and allow for autonomy and creativity.

Responsibilities:

Commercial and technical management of residential communities
Preparation and execution of owners' meetings
Implementation of adopted resolutions
Contact and correspondence with owners, board members, lawyers, craftsmen, caretakers, and other third parties, as well as handling and processing of inquiries

Qualifications:

Completed vocational training preferably in the real estate industry
Experience in property management; good technical knowledge
Customeroriented, friendly and confident demeanor, good communication skills, resilient, teamoriented, and enjoy working with people
Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
