You manage real estate development projects through all phases of the HOAI, from project initiation to handover to the client
You accompany the project realization and ensure the achievement of agreed project goals (content, quality, deadline, cost) and actively drive them forward
You take over the entire scheduling and coordination as well as milestone and action tracking
You are responsible for risk management and project controlling and act as the central interface to all project participants
You actively and regularly report on the project progress and always keep an eye on the relevant parameters
You bring together and lead the various project teams to create a sustainable campus

You have successfully completed a degree in business or civil engineering or architecture
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the successful implementation of turnkey large-scale projects in residential and commercial construction on the developer side and apply this confidently in practice. You also have many years of experience in planning coordination
You have a strong understanding of economic and time-critical considerations related to project realization and are willing to make decisions
You are committed to your projects and want to take advantage of the innovative opportunities that BIM offers us and our clients
