Initially, Werner Lauenroth Fischfeinkost GmbH specialized in herring trade in Germany.

Through a constant drive for innovation, the company has established itself today as a manufacturer of high-quality fish delicacies and seafood in the market.

In the IFS Food certified factory, only selected raw materials from controlled and sustainable origins are processed, which meet the highest quality and social standards.

The entire range, with more than 200 convenience products, includes seafood specialties, surimi products, antipasti, fish delicacy salads, sauces & dips, spreads, caviar, and shrimp snacks.

In addition to retail and independent food trade, the company supplies specialty and delicatessen retailers, wholesale markets, and industrial and production facilities both nationally and internationally.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Sales and Marketing Assistant (m/f/d) for our location in Hamburg, Große Elbstraße 133.

Your tasks:
Customer acquisition and active customer support/advice
Processing of customer inquiries and complaints
You maintain contact with the field sales team
Support in all sales and marketing activities
Writing your own texts and designing PR and advertising letters
