The Lebenshilfe Erlangen-Höchstadt, located in Herzogenaurach, is a non-profit organization that provides individual support for people with intellectual disabilities in all aspects of life. Additionally, they operate kindergartens and services for children with developmental delays. They also offer services for people with mental impairments.

With the concept of individual support, our goal is to enable children and adolescents with individual support needs to participate in society. Individual support workers assist and care for the child or adolescent on-site during their daily routine at the respective facility. These locations may include kindergartens, schools, after-school care, therapeutic day care centers, or preparatory schools in Herzogenaurach and the surrounding area.

We are currently seeking:

Individual Support Workers (m/f/d)

Childcare workers (m/f/d), special education assistants (m/f/d), or individuals without a pedagogical qualification but with suitable personal skills

with a weekly working time of 15 to 38.5 hours

Your responsibilities:

  • Individual support for a child/adolescent with special educational needs during their time at the facility (kindergarten, school, after-school care, therapeutic day care, preparatory school)
