What the job offers you:


  • Within our dynamic cost estimation team, you will independently handle the cost estimation for challenging turnkey construction projects
  • You will create cost estimates with performance specifications and determine production costs
  • You will obtain supplier and subcontractor offers for relevant services
  • You will review and clarify technical issues during the bidding phase and ensure the completeness of bid documents

What convinces us:


  • A degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • Alternatively, you have a background in the construction industry
  • Several years of professional experience in turnkey construction, ideally in the area of bidding and cost estimation, is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Experience in finishing, structural work, facade, and exterior facilities is desirable
  • If you do not have any professional experience in cost estimation, you have a strong interest in learning and developing in this field
  • Proficiency in common bidding and cost estimation programs (Arriba, ITWO, etc.)
