You have several years of professional experience in sales controlling and have possibly already gained initial leadership experience? Our client is an international medium-sized company with over 100 years of tradition and global activities as well as various business areas. As part of a succession plan, we are looking for you as a Team Lead (m/f/d) Sales Controlling for the location in the Erlangen area.
Your tasks:
- Professional leadership of a team of four employees with a direct reporting line to the Head of Controlling
- Close business partnering with the global Regional Sales Directors
- Responsibility for global sales controlling and sales management
- Support in achieving agreed sales targets
- Analysis of business performance (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Optimization and implementation of KPIs for controlling and monitoring sales activities
- Preparation of analyses and reports for the management board
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to improve sales processes
- Identification of optimization potentials and derivation of recommendations for action
