You have several years of professional experience in sales controlling and have possibly already gained initial leadership experience? If you are used to challenging sales, have a self-image as a business partner and a great passion for process and system optimization, then this position is right for you. Our client is an international medium-sized company with over 100 years of tradition and global activities as well as various business areas. As part of a succession plan, we are looking for you as a Team Lead (m/f/d) Sales Controlling for the location in the Erlangen area.

Your tasks:

  • Professional leadership of a team of four employees with a direct reporting line to the Head of Controlling
  • Close business partnering with the global Regional Sales Directors
  • Responsibility for global sales controlling and sales management
  • Support in achieving agreed sales targets
  • Analysis of business performance (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Optimization and implementation of KPIs for controlling and monitoring sales activities
  • Preparation of analyses and reports for the management board
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to improve sales processes
  • Identification of optimization potentials and derivation of recommendations for action
