About Us:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in North Westminster.
As a member of our HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining employee data in the P&I LOGA program, managing both physical and digital personnel files, and overseeing vacation, sick leave, and absence records.
You will also be involved in the preparation and execution of monthly payroll, as well as handling administrative tasks related to personnel processes and reporting to various authorities such as social security agencies, tax offices, and other government agencies.
Additionally, you will be responsible for issuing and managing certificates and handling general correspondence.You will work closely with the accounting and IT departments, as well as regional company representatives, and actively contribute to process improvement and relevant projects.
