Harvard Recreation, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join the large team at our facility located in Cambridge, MA.

Front Desk Attendant, Cambridge, MA

15 hours per week, flexible schedule_

In this position, you will greet, check-in and assist customers.

You'll provide information about programs, services, & membership, and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be age 18 or older.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
