At our factory in Gronau (Leine), we currently have the following exciting positions available at the earliest possible date:

Machine and Plant Operators (m/f/d)

(Full-time in early and late shifts)

We also welcome applicants with no previous experience in this field.

Your responsibilities:

You will set up and operate machines and equipment for the production of sealing inserts, monitor the production process, and intervene in case of any issues.
You will inspect the quality of the products and document them according to established guidelines.

What we expect from you:

A technical education or work experience in a manufacturing company or trade.
Good technical understanding, a strong sense of safety and quality, and the ability to work independently and responsibly.
Resultsoriented, resilient, teamoriented, and willing to work in early and late shifts. You should also have good German language skills and be reliable.
