Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Service Manager in:
- Time planning
- Resource planning (especially personnel deployment)
- Maintenance of the selfservice portal
- Risk management
- Documentation
- Creation of reports/metrics
- Incident management
- Problem management
- Service request management
- Release management
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional or project experience in managing IT service projects (help desk, incident management, problem management, etc.)
Language Skills:
- German level C
- Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
Desired Requirements:
- Project experience with client operating systems and office communication applications (Microsoft)
- Qualification in project management (IPMA, PMI, Prince2, or equivalent)
- Understanding of ITIL (foundation level) or higher
Other:
- Willingness to undergo security clearance according to § 9 SÜG
- Willingness to commit to the VerpflG
- Willingness to commit to data confidentiality according to § 53 BDSG
