Your tasks:
- Technical processing and coordination of customer issues (analysis, solution development, development coordination, time management) for our customers in Europe and worldwide
- Product support for our embedded computer modules and single board computers based on ARM/RISC (and x86) for industrial applications in medical technology, automation, transportation & logistics, and building automation
- Technical sales and customer consulting during design-in to design-win phase
- Collaboration with various AvE design centers to find solutions for customers
- Maintenance of board support packages and BIOS updates
- Creation of customer information materials such as application notes, white papers, etc.
- Management and maintenance of web content
- Planning and creation of trade show and demonstration setups for customers
- Creation and execution of customer trainings
Your profile:
- Degree (FH or university) in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications or a comparable field, alternatively technical training with professional experience
- Systematic way of working
- Interest in new technologies
- Knowledge of modern operating systems (especially Linux, ...)
- Knowledge of a current programming and/or scripting language
- Experience in supporting ARM
