Your tasks:

  • Technical processing and coordination of customer issues (analysis, solution development, development coordination, time management) for our customers in Europe and worldwide
  • Product support for our embedded computer modules and single board computers based on ARM/RISC (and x86) for industrial applications in medical technology, automation, transportation & logistics, and building automation
  • Technical sales and customer consulting during design-in to design-win phase
  • Collaboration with various AvE design centers to find solutions for customers
  • Maintenance of board support packages and BIOS updates
  • Creation of customer information materials such as application notes, white papers, etc.
  • Management and maintenance of web content
  • Planning and creation of trade show and demonstration setups for customers
  • Creation and execution of customer trainings

Your profile:

  • Degree (FH or university) in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications or a comparable field, alternatively technical training with professional experience
  • Systematic way of working
  • Interest in new technologies
  • Knowledge of modern operating systems (especially Linux, ...)
  • Knowledge of a current programming and/or scripting language
  • Experience in supporting ARM
