Do you have a passion for IT and are looking for a new challenge? We are expanding our team and are looking for you as a Service Desk Agent (m/f/d). Your workplace is our headquarters at Ambassador House in Opfikon, with the possibility of also working partially from home.


Your responsibilities:

  • You are the first point of contact for IT inquiries, available to our 1st level support, and answer calls in German and English.
  • You are responsible for the preanalysis, processing, and resolution of incident reports and inquiries.
  • For complex technical inquiries, you forward the corresponding tickets to our specialist groups and regularly stay in contact with the respective teams.
  • You ensure that the necessary information for each process is properly recorded and classified.
  • You record and process all orders from the Implenia webshop and forward them accordingly.
  • You inform users about errors and operational messages.
  • You create knowledge base articles.
