Job Description:

Operate and monitor equipment used in the molding process
Maintain and clean machines and equipment
Perform visual and quality inspections of produced parts according to company standards
Digitally document process and quality data
Monitor safety equipment
Follow quality regulations and take appropriate action in case of deviations
Work in a 3shift schedule

Qualifications:

Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, process mechanic, or similar technical education
Several years of experience in processing elastomers or thermoplastics
Strong commitment and flexibility
Willingness and ability to work in multiple shifts
Physical stamina
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and carefully
Fluent in written and spoken German
