Responsibilities

We are a strong brand: With 2,000 motivated employees in Germany, we support our clients on their path to digitalization. We know that our idea generators, facilitators, and success partners need a strong framework and an exciting space to thrive. In our search for more employees who fit our company, we want to make this experience tangible through various initiatives.
As an Expert in Employer Branding & Social Media (m/f/d), you play a central role in attracting the right talent at the right time. You will be part of the newly created Competence Center "Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding" for Germany and Austria.
You also keep an eye on the development of our employer branding and social media presence, as well as the conception and implementation of employer branding campaigns and activities (e.g. career page, internal and external placement of our company brand, trade fair appearances, etc.).
Your mission: Make our employer brand tangible for employees and potential candidates through the actions you design and present it to all stakeholders with the appropriate KPIs.
