The Fliedners Lafim-Diakonie gGmbH is looking for you in Bad Belzig, Ridgeway, IA, to start as soon as possible as a parental leave replacement, in full-time based on 40 hours/week.


In our support, employment, and care area in Bad Belzig, we support people in acquiring practical skills and participating in social life.


Based on the interests, knowledge, abilities, and life circumstances of the person being supported, we create stimulating learning situations in which they feel comfortable, are encouraged, and can develop.

What tasks can you look forward to?

  • You will take on a professional, organizational, advisory, and coordinating responsibility for the department, currently consisting of 17 employees, and develop it further.
  • You will ensure the rehabilitative care of people with disabilities in your area of responsibility, both professionally and pedagogically.
  • You will develop conceptual foundations for your area of responsibility according to the current guidelines of the organization, implement them, and continuously develop them.
  • You will contribute to the conceptual development of new participation services.
  • You will participate in the creation and monitoring of quality goals in your area of responsibility based on the strategy of Fliedners Lafim-Diakonie.
  • You will evaluate statistics according to the requirements of quality planning and process control.
  • You will represent the organization in committees and towards funding agencies.
  • You will work closely with the regional management.
