Your responsibilities:

  • Your tasks will include working in the area of goods logistics and timely delivery
  • You will handle manual inventory bookings, inventory adjustments, invoice processing, and master data maintenance
  • You will also be responsible for reporting to the Federal Statistical Office
  • Processing complaints will complete your job profile

Other information:

  • You will work fulltime for 40 hours, with parttime options for 20 hours, from Monday to Friday
  • Aboveaverage pay according to the iGZDGB collective agreement and by agreement

Your profile:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services
  • Your professional experience in the field of materials management/supply chain management will be beneficial
  • You have a good command of MS Office programs and are willing to quickly familiarize yourself with existing ERP systems
  • Knowledge of German and English is an advantage
  • You have a systematic, precise, and accurate way of working
  • You have strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
  • You possess good teamwork and communication skills
