IT Site Specialist (m/f/d)

In this role, you will be a key member of the local IT support team, providing user support and serving as the point of contact for any IT-related issues at the location. You will report to the European Head of IT Operations.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

  • Manage IT activities at the headquarters, including engineering and testing of IT systems.
  • Provide first, second, and third level support to users, including preventive, curative, and maintenance actions.
  • Train users on proper computer usage.
  • Perform daily and routine IT operations and technical deployments at the site.
  • Receive and record user requests, and ensure timely resolution
