Your Role:

We are seeking a working student to support our HR & Retail team in Munich. You will assist with day-to-day tasks and collaborate with our headquarters in Italy and stores across the EMEA region.

What You Will Do:

Support our Munich office team with daily business operations
Participate in various projects, such as implementing a new HR software, and assist with designing and digitalizing HR processes
Gain exposure to all aspects of strategic and operational HR & Retail work
Have the opportunity to work in an international environment in partnership with our Italian headquarters
Regularly communicate with store managers and assist with back office tasks.

Who You Are:

Currently studying business administration, economics, social sciences, or a related field, with a focus on human resources
Motivated to take on responsibility from the start, with strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
