Job Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant/Generalist who is proficient with administrative tasks, benefits management and enforcing company policies. Responsible for resolving policy-related issues and up to date with regulations.

Additionally, provide support for compliance and recruiting efforts. Requirement to be detail-oriented, organized and a great communicator.


Qualifications:

Administrative Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and proficiency in office software.

HR Knowledge:
Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practice, including benefits administration and onboarding process.

Compliance Expertise:
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure company policies align with legal requirements.

Problem-Solving Abilities:
Ability to resolve policy-related issues, handle employee concerns, and find solutions to HR challenges.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively enforce company policies and interact with employees and steak holders.

Confidentiality:
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Pay:
$43, $48,560.00 per year
