• Receiving and processing support requests
• Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
• Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems
• Supporting the management of user accounts and access rights
• Documenting support processes and creating solution guides
• Collaborating with the IT team on IT projects
