Description
Your responsibilities:
- Analyzing and improving the current authorization structure in the access control system
- Implementing changes in collaboration with our HR and IT team
- Monitoring and documenting the effectiveness of the new structure
- Assisting with the digitization of our personnel files
- Optimizing and digitizing HR processes to increase efficiency
Your profile:
- Currently studying in business administration, human resources, or a related field
- Motivated to work with data analysis and/or databases
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Structured and reliable work ethic
