The association offers services in the areas of education, health, counseling, care, and psychosocial support.


At the Elmstr. 2 daycare center and family center in 30657 Hannover, we are looking for a
teacher, special education teacher, or social care worker
(m/f/d) to start on August 1, 2024.


Job Description:


  • Area of responsibility: primarily for infants (03 years)
  • Willingness to further develop the open concept
  • Use of observation methods to develop action steps for accompanying and promoting children in their individual development processes
  • Accompanying administrative tasks/documentation
  • Trustful cooperation and open, cooperative exchange with legal guardians
  • Staff meetings
  • Participation in quality development process

Working hours: 38.50 hours per week.

Requirements:


  • Experience in pedagogical work with children aged 0 to 3 years
  • Implementation of the Early Excellence observation method
  • Both empathetic and open caregiver for the children, as well as a competent contact person for the E
  • Involvement of children (participation)
  • Willingness to work
