    Brand Management department supports companies and departments in the conception, creation, and evaluation of brand communication measures, establishes crossdepartmental standards and processes, and offers professional brand services.
    In Brand Management and Marketing, we support the companies of the Schwarz Group as a competence center in the conception, creation, and evaluation of brand communication measures. To do this, we establish standards and processes and offer professional brand services from brand strategy to digital communication.

Your tasks:
  • Defining and implementing guidelines for content production
  • Professional and holistic development of attentiongrabbing content campaigns (social media)
  • Creation of target groupspecific and channelspecific social content formats (video/photo/graphics) for the channels LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Production and postproduction of photos and short videos
  • Independent organization and execution of internal photo shoots
  • Central point of contact and interface to other departments within the company

Your profile:


  • You have completed a degree or comparable education in the field of graphic design, motion graphics, or photography and have extensive experience in the social media field
  • You have excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, and MS Office
  • You have the ability to prepare
