What to expect from us at White Knoll:
  • Introduction to the operational processes of the HR department and reception area
  • Office tasks, such as contact with employees and applicants
  • Organization of HR marketing measures, such as creating job advertisements or planning trade fair appearances
  • Management of own projects, such as organizing events or developing training at Onlineprinters
  • Support for the entire HR and reception team
  • Creation and maintenance of personnel documents
What we expect from you:
  • At least a secondary school leaving certificate or specialized/general university entrance qualification
  • Interest in working in the HR department
  • No fear of approaching other people
  • Organizational skills, numerical understanding, and careful work
  • Teamwork, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
  • Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing
  • Good English language skills in speaking and writing are advantageous
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
