Your Tasks
- Leading and managing projects
- Project controlling (cost control, project billing, scheduling coordination)
- Internal and external reporting
- Conducting technical negotiations with suppliers and customers
- Direct point of contact for the client for all project-related questions
- Assignment and coordination of subcontractor services
- Participation in construction meetings
- Assisting with claims management
Your Profile
- Technical education (HLT-Bautechnik or construction-related degree)
- Previous experience in construction as a project manager in the field of steel construction
- Independent and responsible work ethic
- Strong negotiation skills when dealing with clients and project stakeholders
- High level of commitment and willingness to learn, combined with a team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to occasionally travel
