- 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Prior familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Clear verbal communication abilities
- Capability to handle customer complaints effectively and promptly
- Prior experience following company policies and upholding core values
- Stable internet connection via ethernet
- Noisy-free workspace for uninterrupted work
- 1 year of prior call center experience
- Previous exposure to auto dialer, multi-line phone systems, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Experience with HIPAA guidelines
- Repetitive hand and finger movements

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in assisting our Spanish-speaking customers in placing meal orders. This position involves offering top-notch customer service to clients while efficiently processing their orders. We are a purpose-driven organization that welcomes you to join our team.
This is a completely remote role. Employees must be based in Utah or Idaho (applicants residing outside these states will not be considered). The starting salary is $16.00 per hour with weekly pay, paid time off, and benefits accessible after 30 days of employment.Our team members benefit from:
