Architects (m/f/d) for State Construction Office Heidelberg | Location Heidelberg | Full-time and Part-time
Your tasks
- Project development, strategic project management and control, as well as planning and implementation of interesting construction projects for the federal government in various typologies such as residential buildings, fire stations, embassy buildings, technical buildings, accommodation buildings, and administrative buildings in Germany and abroad
- Responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality during construction, strong awareness of cost-effectiveness, goal-oriented thinking and acting, identification of optimization potential, and fulfilling client responsibilities
- Professional leadership of freelance architects and engineers
- Construction-related advice for various federal agencies
- Mediating between different project stakeholders
- Managing internal project teams
Your profile
- Completed engineering degree in architecture
- Several years of professional experience or highly motivated beginners
- Teamwork skills and experience working with other disciplines
- Openness to specific procedures in a construction administration, as well as willingness to work digitally and independently
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of English is a plus
- Competent use of the German language
