To strengthen our team in nursing and operating room training and in the school for surgical assistants (gn*), we are looking for you as Deputy Head (gn*) for Training and Continuing Education / Head (gn*) for the School for OTA, starting as soon as possible on a permanent basis.

Full-time with 38.

5 hours per week Salary according to qualifications and responsibilities according to TV-L up to E 14 Reference number:
*gn=gender-neutral Your area of responsibility: Team leadership and team development, trusting cooperation in the management team Responsibility for the OTA school (school management), OP training and the ATA school (in exchange with the ATA school management and ATA course instructors)

Comprehensive teaching activities (based on evidence-based teaching) Administration and design of module exams and final exams Support of course instructors in course management, scheduling, instructor management and acquisition, practical supervision Contact and cooperation with authorities and external partners Curriculum work, evaluation and further development of the school curriculum Participation in the design of the practical curriculum and implementation of practical instruction Evidence-based practice, implementation of UKM Magnet principles, work in working groups We are looking forward to:
