Duties:


  • You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the SHORE UNIT LEVEL TRAINING DIVISION, C5I EDUCATION AND TRAINING DIRECTORATE, OFFICE OF THE COMMANDER, CHIEF OF STAFF, NAVAL INFORMATION FORCES, SUFFOLK, VA.
  • You will coordinate and manage existing navy Warfare Training System (NWTS) functions.
  • You will identify, prioritize and facilitate Navy Essential Task Lists (NMETL) development.
  • You will manage applicable METL development support personnel to ensure all deliverable requirements are met.
  • You will facilitate identification of readiness production barriers, root cause analysis, and development of effectiveness of barrier removal.

Qualifications:


GS-12: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:

  • Experience conducting mission analysis in order to create or review NMETLs in accordance with higher level guidance.
  • Experience with readiness reporting processes and requirements of Department of Defense and Department of Navy in order to identify impacts of NMETL changes on readiness reporting and associated figures of merit.
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, and make recommendations to resolve conventional and operational problems that surface from NMETL development and review.

GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:

  • Experience conducting mission analysis in order to create or review NMETLs in accordance with higher level guidance.
  • Experience with readiness reporting processes and requirements of Department of Defense and Department of Navy in order to identify impacts of NMETL changes on readiness reporting and associated figures of merit.
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, and make recommendations to resolve conventional and operational problems that surface from NMETL development and review.
