Member Shopping Experience Content Marketing Coordinator (TEMP)

Our Pay Rate Range reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

The pay rate for this position ranges from $52.45/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $86.35/hr in our highest geographic market.

Pay Rate is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

About the role:


Responsibilities include:

Manage merchandising of Content Marketing and Editorial initiatives in the member shopping experience in the EN4 Markets, including priority single-title releases, thematic campaigns, and editorial curations
Develop and maintain sustainable and scalable systems for organizing and tracking high volume of campaigns and all deliverables
Schedule content through our
CMS across key discovery touchpoints on the client's surfaces and provide technical support for partner teams that co-manage member experiences using
CMS
Support testing to optimize and improve our content discovery and engagement KPIs
Manage highly visible, customer-facing launches of key titles and campaigns
Use data and analytics to optimize campaigns, report on results, and drive innovation

Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional partners globally to ensure new features and campaigns are efficiently introduced to the customer experience.

Track and report on Content Marketing and Editorial campaign merchandising performance


Basic Qualifications
Very strong organizational skills with the proven ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and move quickly and proactively to deliver results
Strong analytical capability and experience managing success metrics
Proven ability to independently solve problems and seek creative solutions
Proficient in MS Office, with demonstrated ability to pick up new/proprietary tools
Solid understanding of Web Page development/ Content Management systems
Experience with HTML, XML, JSON
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple partners/stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience guiding the development of promotional creative assets
