For our client, we are currently looking for several employees (m/f/d) for the position of Team Coordinator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


JOB PROFILE - ID 7910

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of client backend solutions (Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management, Matrix42 Empirum, Microsoft Defender)
  • Customization and implementation of device policies and policies
  • Operation of managed print services (myQ, Canon uniflow)
  • Patch management and creation and updating of packages for software distribution
  • 2nd level support for the deployed management solutions, as well as support for the service desk and desktop support
  • Participation in decisions regarding workplace devices, processes, and policies
  • Implementation and monitoring of device compliance profiles
  • Participation in IT projects that affect the workplace
  • Completed vocational training in the IT sector with professional experience
