YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independent accounting for residential properties (WEG) including preparing annual statements, budget plans, conducting invoice audits, and managing collections
  • Independent accounting for rental properties including preparing utility cost statements, reports, income statements, and managing collections

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have completed your training as a real estate agent or tax clerk with good results
  • Through your education or previous professional experience, you have solid knowledge in the field of property management and accounting, and demonstrate flexibility, commitment, and ambition
  • Your profile is rounded off by strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, teamwork abilities, and a precise and independent work style. Your thinking is entrepreneurial and customeroriented.
