We are looking for a dispatcher (m/f/d) to support our branch in Hannover-Laatzen in the areas of sales and personnel in full-time with a focus on temporary employment.


This is what sets you apart:

You
- have at least completed a commercial apprenticeship
- have basic experience in temporary employment or personnel services
- are communicative, open, and empathetic
- have good MS Office skills
- have fluent German
- and ideally good English skills
- work in an orderly and conscientious manner


Your tasks:


  • Creation and placement of job advertisements
  • Preparation and conducting of job interviews, telephone and video interviews
  • Data entry and maintenance of applicant data
  • Recruitment for temporary employment and personnel placement
  • Coordination and planning of personnel assignments
  • Support and retention of employees in customer assignments
