Fantes Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a dynamic and motivated HVAC Lead Generator Supervisor to join our team.
As a leading provider of HVAC services in Central New Jersey, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional comfort solutions to our clients.
We are looking for a talented individual who can lead our team of lead generators to effectively identify and qualify potential customers for our HVAC services.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor a team of HVAC lead generators to ensure they meet or exceed lead generation targets.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead generation efforts, including lead qualification processes and outreach tactics.
Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on lead generation effectiveness.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
Maintain a positive and supportive team environment to foster motivation and productivity.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in HVAC sales or lead generation is preferred.
Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus.
