Your Mission * Research and identification of new potential customers * Initial telephone contact with target customers and scheduling appointments for the outside sales team * Support in the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings * Recording, maintaining and updating all sales activities in the sales system * Processing price inquiries and quotations * Handling projects in coordination with the specialist departments Your Superpowers * Successfully completed training as a freight forwarder (m/f/d) or equivalent * First experience in the field of inside sales * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work independently * Negotiation skills
