WE ARE LOOKING FOR... a nursing service manager (m/f/d) for direct placement at a social station in full-time.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadership and development of nursing staff
  • Personnel deployment and scheduling
  • Enjoyment of your leadership role and openness towards your team
  • Ensuring and further developing modern nursing standards and their documentation
  • Acting as a competent contact person for patients, their relatives, and interested parties

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are empathetic and stand out through your personality
  • You have completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), or health and nursing care nurse (m/f/d)
  • You have an additional qualification as a nursing service manager or extensive professional experience as a nursing service manager
  • Good knowledge and enjoyment of shaping nursing processes
  • Leadership skills
