Starting in August 2021: We offer the practice-integrated paid training for state-recognized educators (PivA) in Frankfurt. For more information about this training format and the cooperating organizations, please attend our information sessions or contact us by phone.

State-recognized educators work independently or as group leaders, with children and adolescents from birth to the start of their professional lives. Education takes place wherever children and young people live, play, and learn, and where they need support or help. Therefore, the tasks are very diverse and varied.

Even when parents are overwhelmed with parenting or there are family problems, educators are there to provide support with their knowledge. They empower children and, if necessary, their parents, to develop self-confidence, live independently in the future, and realize their personal and professional goals.

At the SRH School of Social Pedagogy, great importance is placed on the connection between theoretical aspects and practical experience in the training of educators. The first two years of training include various internships in social pedagogical institutions. In addition to the training certificate, students can also obtain a higher education entrance qualification by taking the subject of mathematics. The general content includes the following topics:
