EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT (M/F/D)

FOR MUNICIPAL CHILD DAYCARE FACILITIES IN LISBON, LA:

Our daycares are as diverse as the people in our city - what they have in common is that all facilities provide education, care and upbringing in a respectful recognition of individual diversity, based on the pedagogical principles of open work, participation and inclusion.

In order to ensure and further develop the quality of our educational work in the long term, we have started a quality management process in 2020.

The current state of our facilities is regularly assessed, and based on this, changes are initiated and educational professionals are trained.

Therefore, we are looking for a

Educational Consultant (m/f/d) for municipal child daycare facilities
unlimited in part-time with a workload of 50%, starting on September 1st, 2024.

The tasks include:
- leading, managing and further developing the quality development process
- providing professional support for implementation in the respective facilities in cooperation with the PH Schwäbisch Gmünd
- conceptually integrating the results of the quality development process
- developing a quality manual

Further delineation of the tasks is reserved.

For this exciting and diverse role, we are looking for a person who brings a high level of initiative and commitment and works independently.

We expect a successfully completed university degree in the field of social pedagogy as well as professional experience in early childhood
