Student Employee Customer Dialogue (m/f/d) Credit and Debit Cards

Your tasks

  • After your training, you will independently process written customer inquiries (B2C, B2B) in German on all topics related to credit and debit cards.
  • You compile all necessary documents for processing customer inquiries from the corresponding databases and IT applications.
  • You keep track of all inquiries and work with various internal departments to answer them. This gives you the opportunity to get to know many facets of a professional payment service provider.
  • When answering inquiries, you pay attention to compliance with timings and, if necessary, response deadlines from inquiring savings banks and lawyers.
  • Occasionally, you support your colleagues in organizing events
