Join us as a Sales Enablement Manager
BMC's dynamic corporate teams are strategic and trusted advisors to the global organization supporting, enhancing, and driving BMC's vision, culture, growth, and so much more.
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will support the WW Enablement team in maximizing sales team effectiveness and efficiency by providing strategic guidance, developing training programs, and implementing tools and processes to drive revenue growth and customer success.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Deliver trainings; virtual and inperson.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and create targeted enablement programs to address specific sales team needs.
- Create and maintain sales enablement resources, including playbooks, presentations, training material and other collateral to support sales efforts.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and feedback to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and adjust enablement initiatives accordingly.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales enablement initiatives, effectiveness, and impact to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with BMC ecosystem to evangelize the need for new content that will enable Sales and Presales teams.
To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Technology or a related field.
- You have a minimum 58 years' experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- You have a proven track record of designing and delivering successful sales enablement programs and initiatives, as well as driving partner enablement programs from design to implementation.
- You have a strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- You possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- You are able to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Your background includes proficiency in sales enablement tools and technologies, such as sales content management and learning management systems.
