To support our team, we are currently looking for:

Your new tasks:

Accounts receivable and payable accounting/open items
Account reconciliations including dunning process
Monitoring of (foreign) export insurance, reporting and followup of overdue receivables to collection agencies (domestic and international)
Booking of incoming invoices as well as bank and cash receipts
Payment transactions, also in foreign currencies
Preparation, review and booking of travel expense reports and commission settlements

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training (tax clerk or similar)
Professional experience and confident handling of accounting tasks ideally, you are familiar with working with DATEV and/or ADDISON
