What we have planned together:


The HR Digital Transformation & Portfolio Management department is responsible for designing the strategic roadmap and implementing cross-functional HR digitalization initiatives and integration projects (including the introduction of the employee app in markets and logistics).

The strategic goal is to achieve end-to-end digitalization of employee-related processes, reaching all employees in the market. The focus is on implementing a customer-oriented and agile collaboration model.


What you will be doing with us:

  • You will further develop the existing HR digitalization strategy in close coordination with the HR Technology & Solutions department and business units, and implement it according to the developed roadmap.
  • You will continuously drive the digitalization of employeerelated HR processes together with the business units for example, by introducing the employee app, a service and support portal, and implementing selected HR IT applications (such as Employee Central) with a high change and transformation component.
  • You will manage the integration of (additional) business units (external and internal) into our HR IT applications, processes, and HR services.
  • You will prioritize crossdepartmental and HRrelated topics and initiatives within a structured portfolio management, including cost control.
  • You will be responsible for budget planning and cost control for the entire HR Operations department (approx. 40 million EUR).
